There's also the 'Pharmacopeia "Ars Amoris Indica"' tacked on at the end
of my copy of the 'Ananga Ranga' with a number of possibilities.
However, the only nut mentioned is obviously not what is sought. There
are possibilities among roots, tubers, seeds (including nutmeg) and
fruit (including dried ones).
