First of all, thank you for answering my query Re. A Modereen Ruadh. I hope
you will be willing to send me the text as mentioned below. I haven't heard
of Father Padraig Breathnach's "Songs of the Gael" and would be interested
in any details you could supply me with: Is it still in print, available on
the Net somewhere?
As i don't know if you are aware of my introductory post but, i am involved
in helping with a project regarding Songs in James Joyce's 'Finnegans Wake'
so any information is greatly appreciated: text, background &c.

I think that the English versification of which Chris Coe was writing is
that
of Francis A Fahy - "Little Red Fox is a raider sly, In the misty moonlight
creeping" - that I do have in the first series of Father Padraig
Breathnach's
"Songs of the Gael" but unless this is specifically requested I'll avoid
publishing it - it's not attractive to me.
