That is the case with "Farewell to Judges and Juries". Hugh Anderson is both
the book's compiler and the proprietor of Red Rooster Press. However he wrote
to me recently that he would have preferrred it to be published otherwise; he
only did it himself because no-one else would. As such, I am sure he has
pared the price to the bone and I know that it has been in preparation for
more than ten years - he and I have been corresponding about it for about
that time.
