Dear Barry,
I know it's been some time since you posted your message, however,
You can buy a dictaphone which is compatible with Naturally Speaking. The idea is that you use it wherever you are, and when you come back to your PC you connect your "clever" dictaphone to your PC, and your thought are downloaded in Word. At the moment I can't give you more info, but if this is not enough, please let me know...

Subject: VR organiser
Dear all
I have been contacted by a client who has upper lmb problems & is using
Dragon Dictate in the office. She would like to use VR on the move. Does
anyone know of an organiser or v small (palm top - ish) machine which could
do this? It seems familiar but I can't see anything on the web.
