I agree with Richard.
Broadcasting companies also have compliance officers who make sure their
companies comply with the ITC Programme Code. By the very nature of their
job they have to be authoritative and if telling people what to do is seen
as being stroppy, then so be it. The consequences of not complying can be
very costly indeed.
