I would be interested in this also. Our intranet is not yet at the business
processing stage (requesting via intranet) but we are hoping to add this
function by the end of the year. It would be interesting to see the sorts of
things that are thought appropriate, and the proportion of things that
others include (I have my own ideas about how much training material and
best practice material to include, and am hoping that our use of the
intranet can raise the profile of RM within this organisation).
