The Queen has approved the appointment of three new Commissioners, for
a term of five years from 14 August 2000. They are:
Professor Peter Clarke, Professor of Modern British History, University
of Cambridge, and from 1 October 2000 to be Master of Trinity Hall.
Victor W Gray, Archivist of Rothschilds, Chairman of the National
Council on Archives, and a Board member of Resource.
Professor Lola Young, Professor of Cultural Studies, Middlesex
University, Director of the project for a National Museum and Archives
of Black History and Culture, and also a Board member of Resource.
