I think this debate could carry on for some time!!!!!!
My own thoughts!!
I think there has been a tendency in the past for more females to train as
archivists.
However, we have the problem that most of the public at large are still
unaware of the profession
Therefore do not see the job of the archivist or records manager to be
either a male or female one
