There are three main tin-bearing metallogenic provinces ((note use
of jargon) saves saying areas of the Earth's crust that are unusually
concentrated in)) in the world.
The Andes-- a tin-silver province
Thailand-Malaysia
The European Hercynian Tin Belt running from the Erzgebirge in
Central Europe to The Scilly Island off Lands End in England- this
huge province could supply enough tin for many Bronze ages.
Note there are large European tin deposits away from this tin belt
notably in Iberia.
The material that I have seen from Kestel does not incline me to
believe that it was an important source of tin -if one at all.
