Professor in Statistics

Applications are invited for a full professorship in
Statistics in the Department of Mathematics and
Statistics at Queen's University. The salary will be
commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The successful applicant will be well known in the
international statistical community and have shown
leadership in research and in the profession, or will
exhibit clear potential in these regards. Applicants are
expected to have an a record of achievement in both
theoretical and applied statistics and will be expected
to lecture to graduate and undergraduate students and
supervise graduate research studies.
Opportunities exist for collaboration with groups in
several Faculties at the University, including clinical
trials, statistical process control, and ergonomics.
