Four one-day short courses on statistical analysis
with latent variables using Mplus will be held in
Nottingham, United Kingdom, on September 5,
6, 7, and 8.
Local arrangements are being handled by the
University of Nottingham, Division of Psychiatry,

intermediate, and advanced topics including
exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,
general structural equation modeling, growth
modeling, modeling with categorical outcomes,
modeling with missing data, multilevel modeling,
advanced growth modeling, and modeling with
categorical latent variables including latent class
analysis, growth mixture modeling, and analysis
of randomized trials with noncompliance. For
each topic, issues of model specification,
identification, estimation, testing, and model
