National Air Traffic Services Ltd. develops, establishes and maintains the
operating systems for Air Traffic Control. This is a safety-critical
business which relies on the work of a highly analytical team to predict air
traffic in the short and long term. We are looking for a Maths or Statistics
graduate with the ability to understand and improve complex Mathematical
Models and help predict levels and patterns of aircraft movements.
This is a wide-ranging role which demands a logical and rigorous approach to
produce accurate and informative reports. This involves running and
maintaining our passenger allocation model, developing forecasting tools,
and preparing forecasts of financial measures.
You will need excellent communication skills to convey the results of your
analysis in a clear and succinct manner. The secret of your success will be
the ability to apply and adapt your strong statistical skills to the ever
evolving challenge of aviation forecasting.
