Assistant Statistician
£14,424 - £19,245 pa inc.
Applications are invited for a new post as statistician within the ICRF
Genetic Epidemiology Laboratory at St. James's University Hospital, Leeds.
The focus of the research group is on understanding the contribution of
genetic susceptibility to cancer incidence. Responsibilities will include
analysing data for completeness and quality and carrying out statistical
analyses of epidemiological data. This post would suit a recent graduate
and provide an excellent opportunity for gaining experience and training in
a growing and exciting field. Applicants should have a good first degree or
MSc in a mathematical or statistical subject.
