the claims experience under motor and household insurances.
Working as part of a team assisting the Society?s Statistician in the analysis,
interpretation and presentation of data relating to non-life business, you?ll
relish the opportunity to apply mathematical and statistical techniques in a

Because of the highly varied and complex nature of this work, you?ll need a
natural aptitude for understanding technical concepts and applying your
knowledge to solving problems. Your minimum 2:1 degree in a Mathematics,
Statistics or Economics related subject must be supported by strong ?A? level
qualifications, including a grade A or B in Mathematics.
You should also be keen to demonstrate initiative and tenacity, and relish any
intellectual challenge. An appreciation of using computers for mathematical
analysis would be an advantage.
