Hi, everyone?
I got almost 40000 data and want to run ANOVA.
Since there's only two factors, I'm just wondering
which test is better - T-test or ANOVA?
Also thers is too much difference between two factors (20% and 80%).
What I'm trying to do is pick up subsample, let's say 40, and
run ANOVA or T-test 100 or 200 times.
If you have any advice on my idea, please let me know.
Thank you...
best regard,
