Simply download the pdf file and an acompanying SPSS dataset from the following site. The pdf file represents a chapter taken from the Introduction to SPSS and Statistics course on running and interpreting t-tests in SPSS. Sounds pretty easy? If you are invited to interview you will be asked to 'teach' this chapter to the panel. You must assume that the audience has a good understanding of descriptive statistics and a basic understanding of the principles of inferential statistics and that this chapter represents their first foray into practical significance testing. You must also assume that the audience will be a mixture of individuals from a wide range of professions who have invested time and money into attendng the course: so you can expect some tough questioning.
