Many thanks to all those who replied to my query on quantal
analysis software. David Smith provided the reference
Morgan, BJT, Pack SE and Smith DM. (1989). QUAD:
A computer package for the analysis of QUantal Assay Data.
Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine, 30, 265-278.
and information about the QUAD program can be obtained from him
at [log in to unmask]
Other respondents indicated that most of the classes of models I
mentioned can be fitted using GLIM macros [Tony Scallan] or in
Genstat [Peter Lane], using its feature for specification of the link
function or distribution.
Thanks,
Chris.
