Support internal research staff in their efforts to conduct serious
quantitative research. Activities include:

(more efficient, easier to use, more informative, etc.)
Be at the leading edge of quantitative research. Activities include:
Develop new methodologies and analysis techniques, as necessary
Stay up-to-date on the latest topics and techniques
Adapt methods for our clients' best interests, as appropriate
Publish articles and present at forums the advances in research
methods and analytic techniques developed at TLE
It is expected that the successful candidate will spend the vast majority of
their time providing quantitative project support. Time may be spent doing
R&D for research techniques and training internal staff on software and
research techniques in proportions appropriate to experience and abilities.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Leading Edge offers a fun, energetic environment with a professional
focus on creativity and high quality. The successful candidate will embody
these values as well as being intelligent, numerate, enthusiastic,
adaptable, friendly, a good communicator, a quick learner, and exhibit
strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field (eg - Statistics

concepts and techniques (eg - probability theory, univariate distribution
measures, t-tests, correlations, data types), and solid experience with
advanced statistical techniques used in research (eg - factor analysis,

also demonstrate at least some experience with one or more advanced
modelling techniques, such as conjoint analysis, choice modelling, BPTO,
