principles to delight customers, employees and stock holders
Presentation by Jay Warner
January 13, 2000 -- American Society for Quality Section Meeting
Statistical Process Control was ‘invented’ 75 years ago this year.
Adding a few new developments, we discover the fundamental
concepts of feedback and measurement are new and useful again
today. People in sales, marketing, and production show renewed
focus on delighting customers, with predictable improvements
in corporate profits.
Improved product performance and profit margins – Jay Warner
will show how we can get these plus increased worker
effectiveness, using system concepts and feedback control
examples that every manager can apply.
Jay Warner received degrees in Physics from the University of
Massachusetts - Amherst, and in Metallurgy from Iowa State
University. He is a member of the 1999 Wisconsin Forward
Award Board of Examiners. He developed the A2Q Method™,
a technical problem solving procedure for working engineers.
Warner Consulting, Inc. celebrates its twelfth anniversary in
2000.
Hope to see you there,
Jay
