Facility CMIS

No, we have a ten user concurrent license and use is restricted to
Room Bookings, Exams, the Octagon conference centre and Corporate Information.

Currently we only use the software to record timetable information, not to
construct the timetable, which is the responsibility of departments. The time
they take varies between departments but is a really an on-going process
taking place throughout the year.

The support & training courses are very good. Inevitably they are not always
as good at responding to requests for system enhancements as some would
like.

About six months.

We book all centrally pooled rooms using the system. We do not however
keep student data on Facility. We currently hold data on 8336 events held in
222 rooms for the 2000 academic session.
