I suspect this query has something to do with an "Apostille" issued
in line with the 5 Oct 1961 Hague Convention.
If so, the 'stamp' (which is in reality a bit of paper and an
embossed seal) has to be obtained from a solicitor and also involves getting
a signature from the Foreign Office. We have an example
here in Sheffield and I could give anyone more details on request.
