In HEfCE's circular No 09/00 dated 20 April, HEIs were advised that a fee
waiver fund would be set up to provide fee waivers for part time students
qualifying for benefits or who became unemployed during their course. This
will be separate from the new Hardship Fund and Access Bursaries Fund.
But I haven't heard anything since!
