Tony
My experience of the DfEE this year with our EU students has not been good.
However, following an e-mail to yourself this morning which you forwarded to
the DfEE, a student query which has been hanging around for a while, which
no one seemed to be interested in, has been resolved very quickly by a very
helpful lady (Ms Greene). It appears that the DfEE are listening to peoples
comments and are changing their working practices to ensure quality of
service which is exactly what I was hoping to hear.
Thanks
