Qualified HR staff do the training on EO as part of the recruitment and selection training all staff have to undertake if they want to
interview. At Hallam we do not have a dedicated post either - compliance to policy and law is the reponsibility of every manager to ensure
adherence to in their area!

Everyone
Many thanks - 10 replies today! No fully dedicated posts amongst you, so
far. Do you have time to let me know who does your staff training on EO
to ensure compliance with policy and the law?
Thanks again.
