Subject: Interference in testosterone assays.

This continued debate has suggested a series of exercises in the
UK NEQAS scheme to look at method related bias again in the
presence of differing SHBG concentrations and testosterone
conjugates.
Perhaps it would save me a bit of work if those of you who are
expert in this area could suggest the most important conjugates
we should include and some target concentrations. We will then
design and distribute some exercises in the near future.
For reasons of scheme 'security' (ie not letting participants know in
advance what might be included in any exercise), please reply to
my personal email rather than this list!
