I suppose that you mean urine analysis.
Ferric ions rapidly give a dark blue complex with salicylate. The reaction is
unspecific but no color change should rule out the presence of salicylate.
p-Aminophenol rapidly oxidizes in the presence of air to a black pigment at
pH>13. I am not sure how long time the saponification of paracetamol to
p-aminophenol may take, but it may be worth doing a pilot study.
