Just one quick thought on this, re doctors., are you aware of the length
of the training, the hours they work and the very low pay they start on<
SHO's are dogs boddies, working long hours for little pay in difficult
circumstances and the road to success and top pay is long and hard, and
particularly difficult for women.
Librarians pay has improved and in some sectors and for some individuals
it is good, but there is more to be done, but comparisons with doctors
is not appropriate.
