Hi All,
we've got two books for review this month.
1) Achieving Cultural change in Networked Libraries by Bruce J Reid
and William Foster - the book "provides guidance and outlines best
practice in managing converging technologies; supporting change
with organisational models; using cultural audits", plus several
chapters discuss the Electronic Libraries program and the TAPin
model as examples of how cultural change takes place.
2) Managing Your Organisation's Records by Elizabeth Parker - covers
designing filing systems that really work, managing email, managing
active and inactive records, etc. Is aimed at the LIS
practitioner dealing directly with records management.
No payment for these but you get to keep the books. Deadline February 2nd.
