This day school is aimed at librarians, archivists and museum staff who
work with or who are responsible for developing the use of IT in local and
family history.

It will include a lecture and discussion groups on the pros and cons of the
increasing use and reliance on IT, and two lectures outlining practical
approaches to using the Internet and digitisation to increase access to
information/collections and to improve services to your customers.
