We are currently reviewing how we make circulation labels for our journals. Currently we use CAIRS to check in the journals which outputs a text file with the circulation lists (usually arround 5 people, but could be up to about 15) which we then print onto gummed labels. I then wet the right hand edge and affix it to the back of the front page, but fold the label over to the front so that the circulation list is on the front, but it isn't stuck over any writing.
I would like to know what methods other people use, and how they cope with some journals having writing on the first page (usually the weekly newsletters) and some not.
Thanks for your help
