We are thinking of proposing the idea of providing articles by email
upon request (from the journals we own the copyright to)
a) Does anyone else offer this service?
b) If so, do you charge for it?
c) What unforeseen issues have risen as a result of this?

epsychlibrary would certainly be easier to remember. Esp. as so many
other organisations are known by initials. It would also be
immediately more obvious what the site is about.
