The Career Development Group (North and South Thames Division) warmly
welcomes colleagues to this year's Annual General Meeting. Following the
meeting we are delighted to announce that this year's distinguished guest
speaker will be Dr Bob McKee, Chief Executive of the Library Association.
The event will take place on Monday 6th March 2000, 6pm

North and South Thames Division
2. Presentation of the Annual Report 1999 from Helen Baigent and Sally
Chambers (Divisional Secretaries)
3. Presentation of the Statement of Accounts from Christopher Cipkin
(Divisional Treasurer)
4. Election of auditors
5. Any other business
6. Speaker presentation:
"Seize the day: the future for library and information services," by Bob
McKee (Chief Executive of the Library Association).

This event is FREE and anyone is welcome to attend. Refreshments will be
available at the beginning of the meeting, with a break to recharge glasses
before Bob McKee's presentation.
