UCR London present: Ask the Right Question
A half day workshop on basic enquiry skills for library assistants and other
paraprofessional staff. The course aims to give practical skills in basic
questioning techniques, subject analysis. The course is aimed at library
assistants or newly qualified librarians working in higher education. It is
not suitable for enquiry desk veterans.

exercises in order to get the most from the course.
