At UWE we're hoping to set up some in-house training on
customer care. In particular, we will be focusing on
dealing with difficult users. We would like to find a video
we can use as part of a training programme and would be
grateful for any suggestions. If you have experience of
delivering a similar type of training we would be
interested to hear how you approached it.
