Part 2 Best Practice in Libraries

Review of current services for senior citizens, including training, as
well as the library's own survey on IT access to Senior citizens

Part 3 Training Programme/Outreach
3:30-4:30 Fun and games and learning
Caroline Lambie (Hairnet)
An interactive session given by Hairnet, an organisation which trains
seniors citizens who in turn train senior citizens on IT. The session
will look at myths and concerns, barriers to learning,
de-jargonisation, as well as advice for libraries on making libraries
more welcoming to Seniors.
