Our current photocopier contract is coming up for renewal and I would be
interested to know how other institutions manage their self-service
copier agreements. Do many libraries do their own negotiating with
suppliers or is this done centrally on their behalf?
I'd be grateful for any information or advice, especially on the
advantages/disavantages of renting over leasing.
