      Provides an ongoing examination of African poverty, and

      which have been carried out over the past decade.

      Directory service comprising searchable versions of the UK
      electoral roll, directory enquiries, a people finder, a
      business directory, and street maps. Registration allows 20
      free searches per month, and a personal address book can be
      set up.
 OECD International Regulation Database
      Offers qualitative and quantitative observations on the
      state of regulation and market structure in OECD member
      countries. Covers product market regulations including
      state control of business enterprises, barriers to
      international trade and investment, and sector-specific
      structures in telecommunications, transportation,
      electricity supply, and retail distribution. The database
      must be downloaded before use, and both Microsoft Access
      and Excel versions are available.

      Offers guidance on building and running small businesses.
      Covers topics such as writing a business plan, buying a
      franchise, e-commerce, ethics, law and taxation, and
      running a business single-handedly.
 National Minimum Wage: The Story so Far
      Assesses results of the implementation of a National
      Minimum Wage in the UK in April 1999. Claims that a large
