Dear colleagues,
The North and South Thames Divisions of the Career Development Group would
like to invite you to:
Working in Teams
Ever wanted to know if you are a plant, a shaper or more of a resource
investigator? No idea what we are talking about? Then this event is for
you!
Our evening will give you a practical understanding of Dr R. Meredith
Belbin's model of team roles. In his books "Management Teams: why they
succeed or fail" and "Team roles at work", Dr. Belbin has identified nine
team roles (which is where the plant comes in!). If these roles are
present the success of your team will be vastly improved.
So find out if you are that plant, a monitor evaluator, or perhaps a
completer finisher by attending this fun packed evening. Just think how
good it will look on your CV!
Refreshments will be provided, and the whole evening costs:
£10 per person, £5 for concessions and free for the unwaged.
