I believe it's as at the bottom of your message, i.e. +44 then the code
with the 0 in brackets then the number. The hyphens seem to have been a
casualty of the latest round of code changes.
Hope this helps.
PS. London numbers now have the format (0)20 XNNN NNNN, where X is 7 or 8
(the old 0171 and 0181).

Is there a standard convention to display telephone numbers?
i.e +44-(0)191-2345678 or 00-44-191-2345678? or whatever?
Are they any guidelines?
