Information World Review (IWR) is looking for a reviewer for the following books
and products.
1. European Information Association Quick Guide No 15: Keeping up-to-date with
the European Union by Eric Davies (EIA; June 2000, laminated double-sided
sheet).
2. The Public Librarian's Guide to the Internet, by Sally Criddle, Alison McNab,
Sarah Ormes and Ian Winship (LA Publishing; July 2000, 264 pp).
3. Organising Knowledge: An introduction to managing access to information, 3rd
edition, by Jennifer Rowley and John Farrow (Gower, July 2000, 424 pp).
4. Reference Manager 9.5 (system requirements: MS Windows 95/98/2000 or NT4;
pentium or higher; 16 MB RAM; 10 MB available on hard disk; CD-ROM drive;
internet connection) from ISI ResearchSoft (Thomson Scientific).
There is no payment for the review, but you get to keep the book/product.
Reviews should be c. 800 words long (except for item 1, which is likely to
require only a short review) and the deadline is negotiable. Full instructions
will be sent to individuals selected.
