The Libraries Partnership - West Midlands Annual Forum on
Training and Development, Thursday 13 July 2000 Venue: Austin
Court, 80 Cambridge Street, Birmingham, B1 2NP

Only £50 excl VAT.

Lifelong Learning applies to everyone - including library staff. This
day will help organisations create the right climate for learning and
individuals to manage their own learning and development.

Aims

- To help organisations move away from expensive training towards
self managed learning
- To help individuals decide what they can do to take more
responsibility for their own development
- To help organisations move towards becoming a learning
organisation.
