Although we like to assume most of our students have access
to online versions of these documents, we also find
sometimes it is more practical to have them on paper
(another useful series is the House of Commons Library
research papers which are no longer issued on paper outside
Parliament).

The Copyright unit of HMSO gives various impenetrable
rules covering National Curriculum copying but not
academic libraries at

copyright notice

I have been wondering about the same problem so I haven't
sent this message to lis-link - paranoia rules these days !
I would be interested to know what you can find out. I will
