Subject: TTA Exit tests
Hello all
Have any of you been involved with the pilot testing of the
computerised TTA exit tests at all? Here at BGC they have not
only located the test centre in the library but also want the library
staff to administrate the tests-at a time when we've just told them
we can't run a library service at current staffing levels. People from
the companies involved with the tests keep telling college that
many libraries are involved in this way. Is this true? If not, where
are the tests being run from? Have any of the institutions hired an
administrator to deal with these tests(the TTA are offering £5000 to
college for doing the tests-hardly an appropriate salary)? Any
information would be useful as we really need to take a stand with
this.
Thanks in advance.
