The online equivalent of this would be transclusion, say if a woman put
a picture of herself on her home page, and some saddo transcludes it in
his "Birds I would do" page. From what we've heard about the case that's
under discussion, it doesn't seem like that's what going on. For cases
of this former sort, there's a response which involves changing the
filemane of the picture and creating a new picture with the old filename
and which contains whatever comment about the "Birds I would do" page
you would like to express. I've seen something similar actually happen
when an artist's images were transcluded without permission.
