| We have put together some image extraction routines that work with the
| Curry source localization package. This lets you create t-maps of
| current magnitude for within subject designs. We are still working on
| coregistration with MRI that would allow multi-subject designs.
| I would be interested in making these into a toolbox for SPM, but need
| some more direction as to how to do this. In the mean time, I'm willing
| to share what we have with any interested parties.
Andrew has written a little bit of help about creating new toolboxes, which
can be found via the Toolbox button of the Help window. It basically says
the following:
The Toolboxes pulldown provides access to SPM toolboxes installed in
the toolbox subdirectory of the SPM installation directory.
SPM toolboxes are defined as the contents of sub-directories of
fullfile(spm(''Dir''),''toolbox'') - the ''toolbox'' directory.
For SPM to pick a toolbox up, there must be a single mfile in
the directory whose name ends with the toolbox directory name. (I.e.
A toolbox called "test" would be in the "test" subdirectory of
spm(''Dir''), with a single file named *test.m.) This M-file is
regarded as the launch file for the toolbox.
On selecting the toolbox from the pulldown menu, the toolbox directory
is prepended to the MatLab path (unless it is already on the path), and
the toolbox launch program executed (with no arguments).
SPM toolboxes are only identified at SPM startup.
If there are no toolboxes installed, then the button is disabled.
See spm.m for programmers help with toolbox handling.
All the best,
-John
