£24,713 - £30,612 pa inc
An exciting opportunity to strengthen collaborative research and
development activity between Newham Healthcare NHS Trust and City
University (St Bartholomew School of Nursing and Midwifery).
This post requires an innovative midwife with strong clinical and
research and development experience. The postholder will be primarily
based in Newham Healthcare NHS Trust and will be responsible for
promoting R&D in clinical practice, supporting student and the strategic
implementation of evidence based care.
You will be supported by the Reader of Midwifery and the research and
teaching team at City University and there will be an opportunity to
register for MPhil/PhD studies.
This post is ideally suited for applicants with a good undergraduate or
Masters degree in Midwifery or related subject, who are interested in
pursuing an academic or professional career in research and development.
Applicants should be registered Midwives, have strong clinical
experience in midwifery care, and an understanding of qualitative and
