I looked at the product in Sept last year; it was disappointing and quite out of date in some cases. When I returned it I had the same problem - they claimed to receive it late though there was probably only a day in it at most. Legally I think they are probably entitled to their money but I kicked up a fuss, said I didn't want it and that I had to discuss the matter with our company lawyers before doing anything else.
In the end, they offered a reduced price of £99 to resolve the issue. I accepted this since it would have taken just far too much time and hassle otherwise.
They are definitely pursuing the hard sell and it would be interesting to see just how many people get caught out with the 7 day trial. Without saying anything libellous, I am not impressed with these people, and am not at all surpised other people feel similarly.

Has anyone had any dealings with Marketlead with regard to their 192 disk?
I received a cold call from them in January offering a 7 day free trial of
their disk. Because of pressure of work I never got round to looking at
(Does this sound familiar to anyone?) I returned the disk (unopened,
although I had opened the envelope) but not within the time scale specified.
MarketLead are now insisting that I pay for the product. This does not seem
like good customer relations to me. I suppose I shall end up buying the disk
for £149 but they will not have a happy customer. I should add that their
initial call was quite a hard sell approach - on a good day I would have
turned them down!
