We are having trouble operating the WINFORM software (notably Winform for
Billing Accounts) produced by venefica.systems, which is used to order
documents from the British Library via Arttel.
Neither Winform nor our IT Dept. have been able to sort the problem out.
They have suggested we contact other libraries who are using the software
successfully to ask for details of their modem settings, to see if there is
anything we might change. (eg Modem initialisation string, etc.). Any
comments or ideas would also be much appreciated.
