Dear all,
Although I can understand these inital concerns, on the whole, I would
have thought that if we make mistakes in our requesting to the BL, then
it is our problem, and not theirs. One can understand them being unable
to cancel photocopy requests, especially as they may have been already
done - cf Tony's reply on behalf of the BMA Library.
However, if individuals wish to complain, obviously a letter to the BL
is the appropriate forum.
