Does anyone currently run all services from one counter or desk?
eg Lending and document supply plus helpdesk/enquiry functions.
If so, how is this managed, how staffed, are there particular staff
training/development issues? Details of physical layout and size would be
useful.
Please note this is a different enquiry to the recent one placed by Tricia
Davey who was looking at merged IT and Info enquiries.
